As a small business we do not always get the best rate from major shipping companies. We have found that when they do offer us concessions, they want us to exclusively ship with them. This does not always serve our customers well and we use the following process to contain or reduce shipping costs. We evaluate each order and determine the most efficient way to ship your order. Here is how we contain cost with out commiting to a single carrier. When we ship with UPS or FedEx we look for a company that represents many vendors and will offer us a better rate than standard UPS or FedEx shipping. We like the USPS shipping services as well and find we can save you money by using flat rate priority mail shipping. In fact all of our non USA shipping is by first class, or intenational priority mail. Please work with us as we have the same objective you do and that is to get your product to you as quickly as possible at the lowest cost. We consider shipping as an extension of our product and will frequently offer shipping specials or free shipping.
