Just follow our easy and quick recipe: 1. In an 8x8 baking pan pour either a can of Comstock peach pie filling, canned peaches with juice drained, or prepare your own fresh peach filling. Making Your Fresh Fruit Filling: Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook down until tender and thickened. 4-6 cups of chopped fruit 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 cup brown or white sugar Lemon zest Pinch of salt 1/2 - 2 teaspoons of spices, if desired 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 2. Sprinkle cobbler mix evenly over the fruit and pour 1 cup milk over the top of the mix. Use a spoon to create divets for milk to blend with mix or simply allow the milk to absorb for a few minutes. You may combine the mix and milk together to make a batter, then simply pour over fruit filling. 3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes and serve. Delicious!
